The church seats around 50 and is both a very attractive intimate sanctuary and a flexible space suitable for a range of activities.

The present church was built in 1736 to replace a building of pre-1400, although there may have been a Celtic church here much earlier.

Originally dedicated to St Drostan, the church was built in 1812. The neo-Norman tower 1840 by William Robertson, architect, Elgin.

Small oblong church re-built 1722 on the site of pre-Reformation church, was extended to a T-plan in 1820 and remodelled in Gothic style.

All that remains of the 15th-century church is the tower; the body of the church was rebuilt in 1773 and recast in 1886 by William Young.
