Church Overview
Early Gothic-style 1855 by J T Emmett, completed by John Honeyman. Fine stained glass aisle windows in geometric/floral patterns by Ballantine & Allan, Edinburgh 1857, and three pictorial west windows by William Wailes, Newcastle 1859-60. First World War memorial chancel, added in 1922. Exterior stonework restored in 2000; interior refurbishment 2004. Chancel window screen by Margaret Craig, 2004. Complete restoration of stained glass, 2008-9
