Church Overview

Rectangular Gothic church by James Thomson, 1820, with pinnacled tower. Original gated box pews in U-shaped gallery. Other pews and furnishings, 1880s. The Bruce Bell and Popes Bell are said to date back to the time of Robert the Bruce. Organ, 1903 by Walcker, renovated by Harrison & Harrison, 1994. Attractive wrought-iron organ screen portrays Christian symbols.
