Built in 1873, sandstone exterior, slate roof, bell tower. Floor of sanctuary raised to height of balcony 1930 to provide ground floor halls.

The church dates from the Disruption in 1843 although the current building was replaced by the earlier, smaller building in 1906.

The first stone church was built around 590 AD by the King of the Picts. The medieval building was demolished in 1802 to build the present church.

The church was built on the site of a previous Chapel of Ease in 1831. It is listed Category B with a Category C Churchyard surrounding it.

This B listed church was built in 1791 and renovated in 1893. It is on land which has been used for worship for over 1,000 years.
