Church Overview

Reached by footpath from Gordonstoun (the ‘silent’ walk), this dignified little church was built in 1705 as a mausoleum for ‘the Wizard Laird’, Sir Robert Gordon, on the site of the ancient Kirk of Ogstoun. Roofed, furnished and fitted by John Kinross in 1900 for Lady Gordon-Cumming. Remarkable window tracery enhanced by flower carvings.
