Church Overview

Fine late-Renaissance style church, designed in 1910 by Belgian-born architect Charles Menart, with a 150-ft campanile, domed crossing and ornate marble-lined interior with painted ceiling. The church is in the care of the Jesuit Order, and Jesuit saints figure in the stained glass. The shrine of St John Ogilvie SJ is in the east transept, with mosaics depicting his martyrdom in Glasgow in 1615.

Sundays 9.00am, 10.30am (family), 12.00 noon (sung), and 9.00pm;

Weekdays, 8.00am, 12.30pm and 5.45pm; on Bank or Public Holidays, only one Mass at 10.00 am

Opening Arrangements

Open Monday-Friday 7.30am to 6.15pm, Saturday 9.00am-7.00pm, Sunday 8.30am-10.00pm, on Bank or Public Holidays 9 to 11 am.
