Church Overview
An Episcopalian congregation was first established in Lochgilphead in 1842. The nave-and-chancel church with an arch-braced nave roof and the adjoining rectory were designed by John Henderson 1850-51. A transept, providing an organ chamber and vestry, was built 1887-8 to house the organ by William Hill & Son 1876.
